Healthcare Consumer Protection Advisory Commission (HCPAC)

The Health Care Consumer Protection Advisory Commission (HCPAC) advises New Hampshire’s Department of Justice on using the Health Care Consumer Protection Trust Fund. Through public input and research funding, it promotes transparency, consumer protection, and informed investments to address health care costs, access, and market consolidation across the state.
