These spotlights focus on efforts that promote transparency, affordability, access, and long-term sustainability—particularly for families, rural communities, and the health care workforce.
Healthcare Consumer Protection Advisory Commission (HCPAC)
The Health Care Consumer Protection Advisory Commission (HCPAC) advises New Hampshire’s Department of Justice on using the Health Care Consumer Protection Trust Fund. Through public input and research funding, it promotes transparency, consumer protection, and informed investments to address health care costs, access, and market consolidation across the state.
Governor’s Office of New Opportunities & Rural Transformational Health (GO-NORTH)
The Governor’s Office of New Opportunities & Rural Transformational Health (GO-NORTH) oversees New Hampshire’s Rural Health Transformation Program, funded by more than $204 million in federal support.
